
Blu-ray, DVD or DVR Player Won't power on.

Unit will not power on.
- Resolution
- Check to make sure that the unit is plugged in securely to the power source (outlet, or power strip).
- Press the Power on/ standby button on the front of the unit to turn the unit on.
- Reset the unit by unplugging it for one (1) minute. Then plug it back in to the power source and power the unit on.
- Try another power outlet.
- If problems persist, go to Toshiba Acclaim to begin the warranty process and click "START" to begin.
- On the next page read the terms. If your device falls under the terms, click "CONTINUE".
- Under "Choose Category" select "Electronics".
- Under "Model", choose your model and click "GO".
NOTE: A live chat window may appear allowing you to get help during this process. - Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your claim.
To check the status of your claim, go to Toshiba Acclaim and enter your RMA number and e-mail address in the field on the Right of the screen.
