Remote control is not working.

Resolution

The following is a list of common solutions to many remote control issues.

  1. Change the batteries in the remote.
  2. If new batteries are installed and the remote still does not work perform a remote reset by following the instructions below.
    1. Remove the batteries from your remote.
    2. With the batteries removed press every button on the remote, one button at a time, for 2 seconds each.
    3. Replace the batteries and test the remote.
  3. If the remote does not work after a reset you will need to purchase a replacement remote. Here are some links to where replacement remotes can be purchased. Toshibadirect.com
