Information
  1. Make sure the power cord is plugged in, and then press power.
  2. The remote control batteries may be dead. Replace the batteries or try the control panel buttons.
  3. If you have recently replaced the lamp unit, make sure the lamp and the lamp door are installed properly and secure.
  4. The lamp unit may need to be replaced, you can check that by verifying the LED light codes in the manual.
  5. If the TV is powered off and then quickly on again and the lamp is hot, it may take several minutes for the
picture to appear on-screen. This is a property of DLP® TV lamp technology and is NOT a sign of malfunction.
  6. Try resetting the TV by disconnecting the power for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. If this has no effect, try moving the TV to a different power outlet that has been tested and is known to be good.
  7. If your unit continues to fail, please contact us at 1-800-631-3811.
