If your remote control is not working, we recommend changing the batteries in your remote. 

If new batteries are installed and the remote is still not working, reset the remote by removing the batteries, press every button, one button at a time, for 2 seconds each, replace the batteries, and test your remote. 

If after resetting, your remote is still not working you will need to purchase a replacement.  Replacement remotes can be purchased through Toshiba Direct http://toshibadirect.com
