If you have moved to another zip code or have changed service providers or added/ removed a cable/ satellite box from your setup, it is necessary to run the Repeat Guided Setup process so the unit can be updated to your current settings. This can be done from TiVo Central/ Messages and Settings/ Restart or Reset System/ Repeat Guided Setup then follow on screen prompts.
