
Error Playing CinemaNow Movies

After completing the CinemaNow registration and activation procedures the error message listed below may be displayed the first time the user attempts to play one of the included movies. The circled Action status "Pending Authorization" indicates that the system was not properly activated at the end of the registration process.
Clicking on the Activate ICON should correct the error condition and allow access to the saved movies.
After selecting the Activate option the user may be notified in a message dialog that the Sonic Solution's application is attempting to make a change to the system. The user must select Yes to allow the Activation to complete.
The software developer, Sonic Solutions, is working on a change to the application that will eliminate this issue. Once released the new revision will be pushed down to registered users through the dialog displayed below. Please select Yes, Update and follow the displayed instructions to install the improved version of the CinemaNow software.
