With these units the remote control has a few buttons that assist in navigating the menus.  These buttons are located in the middle of the remote, and are in a circle pattern.  The arrows will move through the menu and highlight the different options available.  The enter button, located inside of the arrows, selects the options.  The menu/setup button brings up the menu, and the exit/cancel button will exit the menu.

Additionally you can access the menus on the TV itself.  On the right side of the TV there is a panel that has the buttons that make this possible.  The menu button will bring the menu up on the screen, and then you can navigate through it by using the channel and volume buttons.  The channel buttons will move the cursor up and down while the volume buttons will move right and left.
