
Unit displays 'Connection to Online Service Failed'.

The unit will display this message if it is unable to connect to the network or online service during its start up routine or when searching for online service. This indicates a problem with the internet connection, wi-fi system or directly with the online information service provider (ISP).
- Resolution
This does not indicate a problem with the Digital Media Frame. The media frame searches at start up for approx. 15 seconds for the network connection. If the network connection from a router or wi-fi access point is busy (such as uploading to the Internet, or connecting to several users simultaneously) the connection may not be made during the first attempt by the frame channel. The connection can be tried again by using the mode key and selecting “ONLINE SERVICE” and then selecting FrameChannel and pressing the enter key. This will make the Media Frame to attempt make an internet connection again.
