Problems using the BD-Live features may be resolved by:
- Verify BD-Live functionality is a feature of the BD disc being viewed.
- Verify the SD card/USB device used for BD-Live memory has at least 100MB free space.
- Verify the SD card/USB device used for BD-Live memory is connected properly.
- Verify network and Internet connections are functioning.
- Verify BD-Live Internet access is not set to “Prohibit Access”.
- Procedure
BD-Live is a feature of certain Blu-Ray discs and BD-Live enabled players.
BD-Live enabled players allow access to extra content and interactive functions when connected to the Internet.
Toshiba BD-Live enabled players offer the ability to allow different levels of BD-Live access, depending on customer preference:
- Limit Access
- Requires User approval to access
- Always Allow Access
- No approval necessary
- Prohibit Access
- Never allows access
In order to make use of the BD-Live features additional memory must be added to the BD Players.
- Either a USB device or an SD memory card connected to the available slots on the Players.
- Storage capacity should be at least 1GB and should have at least 100MB free space when accessing BD-Live features.
