Driver Install Instructions
- Save the file to the Windows Desktop:
- Save all work in progress and close open applications.
- Uninstall the existing NVIDIA display driver.
- Open Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs.
- Click the button to select "Remove only the following".
- Click the box next to NVIDIA Display Driver, then click Remove.
- Ignore the "New Hardware Found" messages that are displayed after the computer re-starts.
- Install the new driver
- On the Windows Desktop, double-click the downloaded file to start the installation.
- Click Run if an Open File Security Warning window is displayed.
- Click Start at the TOSHIBA Archive Extractor window.
- Click Next at the "Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard for NVIDIA Drivers" screen.
- Click Yes at the "License Agreement" screen.
- Click Finish after the driver install has completed to restart the computer.
Driver Version Verification
- Run Device Manager.
- Double-click Display Adapters.
- Double-click NVIDIA NVS xxxx.
- Click the Driver tab.
- Driver version 6.14.11.9226 should be displayed.
