Description
This is the Intel PROSet Utility/WiFi Driver for Windows 7 64-bit. This Utility package includes:
  1. Intel Wireless LAN Card PROSet Utility v13.3.0.0
  2. Wireless LAN Driver v13.3.0.24

The WLAN Driver and PROSet updates solve an issue where the the Intel My Wifi Utility displays the error message "No supported Intel wireless network adapter was found."

Installation

  1. Save the file to a convenient location such as the Windows Desktop.
  2. Save all work in progress and close open applications.
  3. Double-click the downloaded file.
  4. Click OK, Unzip then OK again.
  5. If a User Account Control window is displayed click Yes.
  6. Click Update.
  7. The License Agreement windows appears. Read it, click "I accept the terms in the license agreement" then click Next.
  8. Click Next to accept the default install destination folder.
  9. Click Next.
  10. When the installation completes, the message "InstallShield Wizard Completed" is displayed. Click Finish.
  11. Restart Windows.

Version verification

  1. Click Start, All Programs, Intel PROSet Wireless, then WiFi Advanced Statistics.
  2. If a User Account Control window is displayed click Yes.
  3. Click Help, About ...
  4. The About window shows the PROSet and Wireless Driver versions.
  5. Verify that the Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software version is 13.3.0.0.
  6. Verify that the Intel® Driver version is 13.3.0.24.
