Issue:
A message appears stating, “3D Experience Requires 3D Enabled TV and Player"
after selecting the “View in 3D” option from within the movie.
Resolution:
In order to play Blu-ray 3D movies, a display driver upgrade and a WinDVD BD for TOSHIBA player enhancement are required.
Connect to the Internet and allow Toshiba Service Station to download and install the updated display driver, and the updated WinDVD BD player

The customer starts a 3D movie and selects the option to view the movie in 3D however it does not seem to play in 3D.

Press the “Backlit 3D Vision ON/OFF button on the IR Emitter (see section 03 “Installation and setup” of the 3D Vision Quick Start Guide.)Issue:
