Issue

Audio may crackle or pop when the Windows OS loads or when playing DVDs or audio files.

Resolution

To resolve this issue install the latest BIOS for your system. As of June 21, 2010, the lastest BIOS is version 2.50.

If later versions are available, please install the latest version.
