Mozilla Firefox 3.6.3 does not start in 64-bit Windows 7

Issue

On applicable models with Fingerprint Readers that are running 64-bit versions of Windows 7, Mozilla Firefox 3.6.3 will display the following error dialog and fail to start.

This issue was resolved with TOSHIBA Fingerprint Utility version 1.0.2.29.

Resolution

Download and install TOSHIBA Fingerprint Utility version 1.0.2.29, or a newer version if avaiable.
