The Auto-Connect feature which is not in the Satellite E205 preinstall, will be supported after installing the TOSHIBA Wireless Display Update Package. Auto-Connect lets you set an adapter as your default adapter for an automatic connection.

This package automatically updates the Intel Wireless Display driver, Intel PROSet/Wireless WiFi Driver, and Intel Display Driver to support the new Auto Connect Feature.

Click this link to download TOSHIBA Wireless Display Update Package. Save the downloaded file to a convenient location like the Windows Desktop.

Follow the directions below to install the package.

Installation Instructions:

1. Double-click the downloaded file on the Windows Desktop.

2. Click Start at the TOSHIBA Archive Extractor window.

2. Click Next.

3. Click Install.

4. Click Next.

5. Click Next.

6. Click Next.

7. Click Start Install. The Windows Desktop resolution will change when the Graphics Media Accelerator driver is removed, and the computer will restart several times. No user action will be required until step 8.

8. Click Next. Component uninstallation has been completed at this point, and component installation will begin after clicking Next.

8. Click Restart. TOSHIBA Wireless Display Update Package installation has completed.
