Description

This is the TOSHIBA PC Health Monitor utility for 32-bit versions of Windows Vista and Windows 7. PC Health Monitor proactively monitors a number of system functions such as power consumption, battery health and system cooling, informing you of significant system conditions.

Determining if your computer is running a 32-bit or 64-bit Operating System

From the Start Menu, right-click Computer.
Check if the System Type says 32-bit Operating System, or 64-bit Operating System.

Changes From Previous Version

When PC Health Monitor is updated to version 1.5.6.0 and SSD/HDD Alert is updated to version 3.1.0.6, the following issue is resolved:

If PC Health Montitor is enabled, sound and video may skip intermittently in Windows Media Player, or Media Center.

Installation Instructions

Save this file to a convenient location such as the Windows Desktop
Save all work in progress and close open applications.
Double-click the downloaded file icon on the Windows Desktop.
Click Start.
If a User Account Control (UAC) Window is displayed, click Yes.
Click Yes to confirm the upgrade.
Click Next to resume, and Finish to complete the installation.
Click Yes to restart the system.

Software Version Verification

Click Start, Control Panel, Programs, Uninstall a program.
The TOSHIBA PC Health Monitor version should be 1.5.6.0.
