The Number Keys on the Numeric Keypad Do not Work

Issue

You are unable to use the number keys on the numeric keypad. Pressing the NUM LOCK key does not enable the numeric keypad and the LED above the NUM LOCK key does not illuminate when pressed.

Resolution

This issue can resolved by updating the BIOS to version 1.70 or higher

Procedure

To correct this issue update the computer's BIOS to version 1.70 or higher.
