Flash videos — including YouTube videos — may not play correctly when you click the player's Full Sceen control. The video may turn black (or grey, or white).

Follow these steps to prevent this problem from happening in the future:

1. If a video is in Full Screen mode, press the Esc key to return to the normal-sized player window.

2. Play the video.

3. Right-click in the player window, and click Settings from the pop-up menu.

4. Uncheck 'Enable hardware acceleration' — as shown in the screen shot below.

5. Click the Close button.

Flash videos  — including YouTube videos —should now play correctly in Full Screen mode.
