This Support Bulletin applies only to the models listed above, which have a built-in numeric keypad, as shown in the picture at right.

If the NUM LOCK indicator light is on, the computer may display numbers when some of the letter keys are pressed (including the U, I, O, J, K, and L keys). Pressing the NUM LOCK key (turning the NUM LOCK indicator light off) causes the correct letters to be displayed, instead of numbers. This may happen after the computer's main board has been replaced.

The computer should be serviced by a Toshiba Authorized Service Provider (ASP).
