Issue

The TrueSuite Access Manager may be missing the following features:

  • Password Bank

  • File Search

  • File Protection (found when right-clicking on a Microsoft Office document)
Resolution


Remove and reinstall the TrueSuite Access Manager, (also called Toshiba Fingerprint Utility and AuthenTec FingerPrint Authentication Software) by following these steps:

1. (Windows Vista) Click the Windows Start button, then click Control Panel, then click Uninstall a Program (under Programs).

    (Windows XP) Click the Windows Start button, then click Control Panel, then click Add or Remove Programs, then Remove a Program.

2. Select the TrueSuite Access Manager and click the Uninstall  (Vista) or Remove (XP) button.

3. Restart Windows.

4. Click the following link to download and re-Install the TrueSuite Access Manager / Toshiba Fingerprint Utility.
