Issue

The "mouse" pointer may stop moving in response to the stylus (pen) -- and/or to the touch of your fingertip, on the touchscreen models. This may be an indication that the digitizer under the screen has stopped working.

Resolution

A temporary workaround for this problem is to re-start the computer, whenever it happens.

To resolve this problem, the computer should be serviced by a Toshiba Authorized Service Provider.

To find a Toshiba Authorized Service Provider, visit the Service and Support website. Click the Repair link, then click Locate a Repair Center
