Computer doesn't boot (start or restart) with dynadock attached

Issue

The computer may not start up (or restart) correctly with the Toshiba dynadock USB Docking Station connected (either the VGA or the DVI version). The display panel may remain blank, and the LED for the hard disk drive may flash one time.

Resolution

Update the computer's BIOS to the current version to correct this problem.
