  1. Memory Slot Duo and XD cards can not be accessed on PCs with Windows Vista 64-bit and 4G RAM.

Driver Update Instructions

  1. Save the file to a convenient location such as the Windows Desktop.
  2. Remove the old driver:
    • Run "Programs and Features" from Control Panel.
    • Select "RICOH Flash Media Controller Driver".
    • Click "Uninstall/Change" button and remove "RICOH Flash Media Controller Driver".
    • Click "Yes I want to restart my computer now"
  3. Install the new driver:
    • Double-click the downloaded file to begin the update.
    • Follow the instructions to complete the update.
    • Click "Yes I want to restart my computer now"
