
dynadock: no image on external monitor

- Issue
If an external display monitor connected to the Toshiba dynadock is blank (there's no image in the monitor), try the troubleshooting tips presented below.- Procedure
Troubleshooting tips- Make sure that the monitor is connected to the dynadock's video output connector.
- Check that the USB and power cables are properly connected to the dynadock.
- If the monitor does not support EDID (Extended Display Identification Data), check that the dynadock's display adapter is set to a resolution that is supported by the monitor.
- Make sure that the "DisplayLink Service" is listed as "started" under Windows Services (Click My Computer, then Manage, then Services -- as shown below).
