An external USB mouse connected to a Portege M400 computer may not function correctly.Specific symptoms include the following:
- The mouse pointer dives off toward the lower left hand corner of the screen, whether or not the mouse is being moved.
- Mouse pointer movement is sometimes restricted to approximately the lower left corner of the display.
- The mouse pointer dives off toward the lower left hand corner of the screen, whether or not the mouse is being moved.
- Resolution
Update the BIOS to version 3.30, or higher.- Procedure
