The Fn+F5 function keys do not operate after switching user accounts.
- Log on as an Administrator.
- Open a different user account and assign this user to the administrator group.
- Switch from the Administrator to the new user account.
- The Fn+F5 function keys do not operate.
- Switch from the new user account back to the Administrator account.
- The Fn+F5 function keys still do not operate.
- Resolution
- The system has to be rebooted for the Fn+F5 function keys to operate.
