Issue
When booting into Windows 98, Windows 98SE or Windows ME with more than 512MB of memory installed, the computer might display blue screen error, or memory related errors.
Resolution

This issue will occur because Windows 98, Windows 98SE and Windows ME are not designed to handle more than 512MB of RAM.

COMMENTS:
Although this issue may not occur with 640MB or 768MB installed, it is recommended that no more than 512MB be installed for system stability.
This issue does not occur under Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
