- What should be done if my computer gets a NVRAM mismatch error upon bootup?
- Resolution
- Press Control and M (<Ctrl><M>) to access the MegaRAID Configuration Utility.
- Select Configure-View/Add configuration. It then asks if you would like to view the disk or the NVRAM.
- Select that you would like to view from disk.
- Once it shows your correct configuration, Save and exit by hitting the Escape key.
- Select YES when it asks if you want to save changes.
- Back all the way out of the configuration utility and reboot.
COMMENT:
Choosing NVRAM may cause the system to use the wrong RAID Configuration.
You may have to rebuild your server.
