Issue: When enabling different refresh rates in InterVideo's WinDVD and the LCD/TV option is selected, you receive the following error message:
"Created Overlay Failed. Please lower your screen resolution and color depth and try again."
Resolution: Do not enable different refresh rates when viewing DVD movies with the LCD/TV option selected.

COMMENTS:
This is a technical limitation of Intervideo's WinDVD player.
