- Resolution
This solution addresses the issue for the following cards: AMI MR762, MR428, MR438, MR466, & MR493.
1. From another workstation, download and/or extract the AMI MegaRAID driver set (3 diskettes) from the SST CD or from Toshiba's support website.
2. From the Magnia Server, insert disk 3 into the floppy disk drive.
3. At the DOS command prompt, type "cd a:\dos" to change into the DOS directory on the floppy disk.
4. At the a:\dos prompt, type "megaconf.exe" to launch the MegaRAID Manager.
To launch the MegaRAID Manager from the Hdd,
1. At the root, create a directory for the MegaRAID Manager files (ie. c:\ type "md RAID").
2. Copy the contents of a:\dos to the previously created directory by typing "copy a:\dos\*.* c:\RAID" and press "Enter".
3. At the c:\RAID prompt, type "megaconf.exe" to launch the MegaRAID Manager.
