Tecra 8100 Can't find HDD in Expansion Station (PA3018U-1DST) using WinNT 4.0

Issue
When the Tecra 8100 is docked onto the Enhanced Port Rep II (PA3017U-1PRP) and connected to the Expansion Station (PA3018U-1DST), the system does not see the IDE HDD installed into the Expansion Station using Windows NT 4.0.
Procedure

1.  Download and install the Toshiba Windows NT Docking Service
    (t8kdokn.exe.)
2.  Download and run the Toshiba WinNT IDE Setup Utility version 1.0
    (t810idsn.exe).  Install the Expansion Station IDE  Driver.
      a.  Extract the files to the default directory and run Setup.exe.
      b.  Place a check mark in Expansion Station IDE Driver and Create
          Hardware Profile.
      c.  Click "OK."
      d.  Reboot when prompted.

COMMENTS:
If the IDE HDD is still not seen, verify that the CMD IDE Controller
is Started in the Devices located in the Control Panel. Startup should
be set to Boot. Also check the serial cable connecting the Enhanced
Port Replicator to the Expansion Station, the AC Cable to the Expansion
Station and the Power & Data Ribbon cable to IDE drive.
