Control Panel Icons won't open

Information: Symptom: TUIBar error at startup and some of the icons in the control panel won't open.

TUI Fn-Esse adds pages to some of the items in the computer.

1. Remove the TUI Fn-Esse program from add/remove programs (if it is there).
2. Put the Bootable Recovery/Application CD into the and install the the TUI Fn-Esse program.
(Either the autorun will launch an install program or manually browse the CD to the TUI Fn-Esse directory and double-click the setup
application in the TUI folder.)
3. Once the TUI Fn-Esse is installed, customer should have access to all the icon in the Control Panel.
