Computer stuck in sleep mode

Q. My machine is stuck in Sleep Mode, how do I wake it?

A. After assuring that neither of the Sleep Mode buttons or the Reset button are stuck do the following. Insert the Companion
diskette and start the machine. Select YES to Copy Utilities, press Escape and Exit. From the A: remove diskette and press Ctrl, Alt,
del to reboot at OSLoad In Progress press the F8 key. Select Safe Mode and once in Windows go to Control panel, Display and
Screen Saver and set the same to greater than fifteen minutes.

1) Shut down computer @ tower

2) Insert Companion bootable disk

3) Power up and @ first screen select yes to COPY UTILITIES

4) Press Esc, then Exit

5) When @ the A:\>, remove diskette and press Ctrl, Alt, Del to reboot

6) During restart, depress the F8 key untill beep and release

7) Select SAFE MODE

8) In Control panel, double click Display and select Screen saver

9) Assure that screen saver activation timer is set to greater than 15 minutes as per Microsoft
