Information
Symptoms:

Customer getting a screen of one color (eg. pink, blue, black)
or lines when trying to open a/v capture program that comes with card.

Resolution:

1. Make sure all references to card management are commented out in the
Config.sys file.

2. Make sure card is being recognized correctly.
Check for card in PC Card in Control Panel and
Nogatech device in Sound,Video and Game Controller section of Device Manager.

3. Open Nogatech device properties, uncheck automatic settings and change
to another basic configuration that doesn't give a conflict (0010 works).
Reboot system.

3) If software now seems to work, but can only be run in a minimized
screen, see program readme.


** Note: If color remains the same, reload video driver.

** Note: Driver on our On Line areas are as follows:
avcWindows 95.exe from BBS and Website. The Install program creates a
pdv95 directory.
