TV Tuner is NTSC only

Information: The TV tuner in all Infinia models support NTSC only; this is the US
standard. It does not support PAL, the European/Asian standard.

All Infinia models are equipped with an NTSC/PAL external video input
port. This allows the customer to BYPASS THE TV/FM VIDEO CARD and
input a signal directly from and external source such as a VCR or
Laser Disc (LD) player. If the VCR had a PAL compatible TV tuner,
then the user could use it through the external video port and pump
the signal directly to the monitor.

The only alternative solution for PAL on this system is to use a 3rd
party PAL compatible TV/FM card to the replace the one which come with
the Infinia 7200.
