CONFLICTING Driver: Crystal PnP Audio System "CODEC"
1. Goto Control Panel Point to Device Manager
2. Click on the + symbol on "Sound Game Controller"
3. Highlight the" Crystal Pnp Audio System CODEC
4. Click on Properties
5. Disable the driver
6. Shut Down And restart the computer
7. At restart hold down on the "ESC" key
8. Press F1 when prompted.
9. Once in Tsetup, Press PgDn
10. Move the down arrow and highlight the sound
11. Once highlighted. It will display ENABLE
12. Move the arrow down until it points to "WSS & SBPro IRQ Level=press on the space bar until it displays "IRQ9"
13. Press on the "END" key to save the setting and press the letter "Y". The system will restart.
Once Windows 95 boots up, go to Control Panel, then Click on System, Device Manager. Enable the CRYSTAL PnP Audio System CODEC. Close Device Manager, and click on Multimedia, there will be a option saying: "Preferred device" arrow down and highlight and click on "CS432 Audio Driver" the volume can then be decreased.
