Note #3
========
This card was tested on a T1960CT and a T4900CT.
CardManager 3.0 was installed. The Quatech PCMCIA Dual RS-232 card was recognised and added to the card list.

The configuration used for this card was the second of three, which registered the following information:

Manufacturer: Quatech Inc
Model: PCMCIA Dual RS-232 Serial
Type: COM1
Compliance: 4.1

I/O Window 1: 03F8 03FF
I/O Window 2: 03E8 03EF
IRQ: 4
Configuration Registers: 05

Note: The internal RS-232 (serial) port was set through TSETUP.EXE to COM2 and in CardManager 3.0, MODEMS were set to use COM4.
While this card is installed in a unit the COM ports provided
through the card can only be active in pairs that share the same IRQs therefore available options are:
COM1 and COM3
or
COM2 and COM4
As tested the card worked fine with the COM1 and COM3
combination, and did not require the installation of any additional
