Problem:

On page 28 of the Noteworthy ZV PORT/MPEG-1 Playback PC CARD User's Guide, The playback
image is shifted in the display Window section, it tells the user to copy the CHIPSVPM.DLL from
the ZV Port MPEG-1 Playback Card installation disk to C:\Windows\System directory. This file is
not on this disk.

Solution:

This file is located on the Video display driver diskette. You will need to run the Master Disk
Creator to obtain this file.
