- This is useful if the computer is not booting from the internal HDD or to force it to boot from another device.
Follow the following steps for each device:
A. Internal Hard disk:
Hold down the "H" key to boot from the internal hard disk.
B. Floppy Drive:
Hold down the "F" key to boot from the floppy drive.
C. CD ROM:
Hold down the "C" key during the boot up sequence, to boot from a CD in the select bay.
D. Secondary hard disk:
Hold down the "S" key to boot from the secondary hard disk in the select bay. (This hard disk must be bootable)
This only temporarily changes the boot priority during the boot up sequence.
