MPEG drivers and Encarta

Information: Issue: Customer tries to run Encarta or any other program that
requires MPEG. System gets "You do not have MPEG drivers installed
on this machine..."

1.) Insert Toshiba Backup CD
2.) Close automatic Pop-up screen
3.) Double-Click on My Computer
4.) Right-Click on E:\
5.) Left-Click Explore
6.) Double-Click on ARCADE1(3rd generation)
Double-click on Arcade95(1st & 2nd generation)
7.) Double-Click on Setup.exe
8.) Follow Install Instructions.
9.) Encarta or any other program that requires MPEG will now run
properly.
