2. In the Command Line box, type the Drive letter where the installation files were extracted to.

3. Then enter the directory the installation files were extracted to.

4. Then type setup and click OK.
For example: C:\IntelliSync\Setup and then click the OK button.

5. After clicking OK an Install Wizard will appear to help you complete the installation.

6. If a previous version of TranXit is installed on the computer, you will be given a choice to have it automatically removed by setup.
Note:
IntelliSync 97 does not have the capability to print via Infrared as does TranXit.
Choosing Yes at the prompt will remove TranXit as well as your ability to print via Infrared.
Choosing No at the prompt will retain TranXit as well as your ability to print via Infrared.

7. You will now be asked to choose a destination on your hard drive where IntelliSync 97 will be installed.
The default directory is C:\Program Files\IntelliSync 97.
Click Next after choosing a destination.

8. Setup will add program icons to the IntelliSync 97 for Windows folder as a default.
You may type a new folder name, or select one from the Existing Folders list.
Click Next to continue.

9. Setup will now begin copying program files.

10. You will now be asked if IntelliSync 97 should be placed in the StartUp Group.
Note:
Choosing Yes will cause IntelliSync 97 to load each time Windows is started.
Choosing No will not load IntelliSync 97 each time Windows is started therefore requiring IntelliSync 97 to be manually started before use.

11. IntelliSync 97 is now installed and can be found by clicking on Start then click on Programs and then select IntelliSync 97 for Windows 95 from the programs group.
