Information: 1. Reboot the computer , go to START button and click on it
2. Go to RUN and type in WINFILE, click OK or press ENTER
3. In the FILE MANAGER, go to VIEW and select BY FILE TYPE, place checkmark in the box SHOW HIDDEN SYSTEM FILES,
press ENTER
4. Go to WINDOWS/INF directory and find the file PRTUPD.INF
5. Highlight the file and rename it to PRTUPD.OLD.
6. Restart system
7.Go to ADD PRINTER WIZARD and add new printer - you should get message "Building new driver information
database"
8.NOTE: if you cannot enter Windows, this can be done in DOS.
