Information: 1. First you need to download the Microsoft Infrared Driver (MSIR) from Microsoft's web site.
The address is: "http://www.microsoft.com/kb/softlib/mslfiles/w95ir.exe"
2. Then install the driver by following the directions on the screen.
3. Make sure when selecting an infrared port, it is set to COM3 (or whatever port it is set to in TSETUP).
4. Line up the printer and it should function.

Please be advised that we DO NOT support MSIR. This workaround may also apply to any other printer that is being attached to an Infrared adapter (eye).
