Information: PROBLEM: Installing Intel VideoPhone Upgrade generates error message during the install process.
BT848: Failure loading VxD driver or / USB port not found.

SOLUTION: To resolve problem found the instructions below.

1. Restart your computer. When you see the "Starting Windows 95" message, press the F8 key, and then choose Safe Mode option from the Startup menu.

2. Click the "Start" button, point to the "Settings" option, click on the "Control Panel"

3. Double click the "System" icon, click on the "Device Manager" tab.

4. Click the [+] plus sign next to "Sound, video and game controllers"

5. Click on Raffles TV/Radio Drivers with Intercast (Solution for S3 Virge and ATI RageII+) and then select the Remove dialogue box.

6. Click "OK" on the Confirm Device Removal.

7. Restart system the Intel VideoPhone Upgrade should install properly.
