1. CONFIG.SYS - Be sure to exclude the D000-D3FF range for EMM386.EXE (X=D000-D3FF)
2. Do not configure the card with Card & Socket Services. It has its ownclient driver (MHZEM.COM)
3. Toshiba Card Manager will automatically configure it as a modem.
4. MHZEM.COM acts a client driver and is needed only when accessing thenetwork.
5. The NET.CFG contains the parameters (i.e. Port , IRQ, MEM) for thecard
6. Both the modem and the network work simultaneously.
