740CDT "Wave Device for Voice Modem" can't find driver

Issue: When installing the drivers for the built-in modem on the 740CDT using the diskette made with Master Disk Creator, or from the fulfillment CD-ROM, the "Wave Device for Voice Modem" isn't able to find its driver.
Procedure: Windows95 "names" the modem based on information found in the file TOSMODEM.INF. When the name in TOSWAVE.INF doesn't match the TOSMODEM.INF name, Windows95 can't find the modem. Changing the name in TOSWAVE.INF will make the two files match properly.

Edit C:\WINDOWS\INF\TOSWAVE.INF as described below to correct problem.
