This works on the T4800, and T4700 (only when using DOS 6.2 or later).
To make Sound Blaster-compatible DOS programs work on the built-in Microsoft Sound System:

Run a driver called WSSXLAT.EXE located in the SNDSYS directory. (This emulates a Sound Blaster, and works for games etc. )
Run this driver from the AUTOEXEC.BAT, or from the dos prompt before sound is needed.

The sound device does not work with resume, without reinitializing by the running software. Computer will resume, but sound will not.
You still do not have MIDI or FM music capabilities.
