"File Copy Error" dialog box on the T3400's and inside the box it says ... "MS-DOS Error #25"

Connect the floppy drive and tell it to "Retry".

This error will usually occur when trying to change Windows drivers because it is checking to see if the appropriate disk is in they floppy drive.
