- Issue
- After building a DUN connectiod the user enters their password and checks the "Save password" box. Once the user closes and then reopens the connectoid, the password no longer appears and must be re-entered each time.
- Procedure
- This is usually caused by a corrupt password file. Search the "C:\WINDOWS" directory for a "*.PWL" file. Rename the file, then restart Windows. You will have to reenter the password in the connectoid, but now it will be saved.
