Syncro Connect prints black pages on Canon Multipass C2500

- System successfully receives a fax with Syncro Connect. When fax is printed to the Canon Multipass printer it prints out black pages. The "MCPATCH.EXE" file, available on CompuServe(GO TOSHDT) or Toshiba's website does not eliminate this.
